Get ready for a tasty trip through history with Aussem Dogs! 🌭🎉

Back in 2012, our journey began in the heart of Ottawa, Illinois, at the iconic intersection of Jackson & LaSalle Streets. Nestled near Washington Square, where Lincoln & Douglas once debated, Aussem Dogs quickly became a local favorite. But as life threw us some curveballs, we had to press pause on our delicious adventures.

Fast forward to May 2021, and we're back and better than ever! Serving up mouthwatering Vienna Beef hotdogs with fresh toppings and S. Rosen Mary Ann buns, we're Starved Rock Country's favorite "Pop-Up" spot. Customize your dog with diced onion, tomato, pickle relish, sport pepper, mustard, and celery salt for that perfect flavor burst. And hey, just like in Chicago, no ketchup on our dogs (but shh, we'll still hook you up if you ask!).
